The Hyundai Santa Cruz has only been on the market since 2022, but it's already a big hit in North Hampton. This compact pickup truck has unique styling and a car-like ride. Hyundai refreshed the Santa Cruz's exterior and interior for 2025, making it even more rugged and appealing. At McFarland Hyundai, we want you to own or lease a truck you'll love, so we designed the following comparison to show the differences between the 2024 and 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz pickups.

Exterior Design

The first change you may notice about the 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz is its chunkier, squarer grille and bolder front bumper. Epping drivers will be glad to know that the Santa Cruz carries over the multiple running lights integrated into the grille from 2024. However, the all-terrain XRT model now has tow-hooks, exclusive 18-inch wheels, and meatier tires. Two new exterior colors – Rockwood Green and Canyon Red – have been added to the Santa Cruz's color palette.

Interior

Hyundai made even more revisions inside the Santa Cruz's cab. Instead of the separate 10.25-inch display screens of the 2024 Santa Cruz, higher trims now have a single panel containing two 12.3-inch screens. The infotainment system's updated software interface now features wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It can also receive over-the-air updates, so you don't have to drive over from Newburyport, MA to our dealership to get the latest software installed. On the safety front, forward collision warning is now a standard feature in the 2025 Santa Cruz.

Other modifications to the 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz's interior include physical controls for the heating/air conditioning and audio functions and a restyled steering wheel and air vents. York, ME drivers will like the handy shelf above the glove box. Medium Gray is a newly available color option for the seating surfaces.

Performance

Only minor changes were made to the Santa Cruz's performance for 2025, including a new towing mode for models with the turbocharged engine. Off-road enthusiasts in Portsmouth will appreciate that the Santa Cruz XRT trim now has an increased approach angle, all-terrain tires, a surround-view camera system, and blind-spot monitoring.
